When I can deconstruct that construct, then will I find myself, my power;
there I will find God.

Like a man wearing several layers of clothing that become a weight and a burden, I have acquired a lifetime of stored labels, stories, experiences, perceptions, values, beliefs and judgements.
These have served me well, I think, providing a security blanket; a sense of self, identity and purpose.
But now, I find that if I’m to reach for the stars and my true essence, it’s time to go au naturel.
Love beckons and calls me to shed these weights and layers, to stand naked, free and unashamed in its Presence.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,
